May is here, and we’re one month closer to our favourite season: summer. 🌞

We’ve had a very busy month – we created not one but TWO limited edition ranges: a Shakespeare inspired range for the bard’s birthday, and a Star Wars inspired range for May 4th (Star Wars Day!).

Other things happening in the shop: late nights are back. 💃🪩
Every Friday and Saturday, we’re open until 9pm, serving up scoops, waffles, and yummy cocktails.

Hooray’s at Home – King’s Coronation Eton Mess
April Update
It’s April and you know what that means… It’s Easter!
As you may know, we’re big fans of Easter and the Easter bunny has definitely made a visit at Hooray’s Gelato Kitchen this month!
Our delishy Easter flavours hit the freezers last week, and we’ve got some of your favourites, like Crème Egg, Mini Egg, Kinder Egg, and some new flavours too, like Malteaser Bunny and White Chocolate Orange Egg. Yum.
We’re also so pleased to have a full range of vegan Easter flavours too – including Peanut Chocolate Egg, Carrot Cake, and Hot Cross Bun!
Not only do we have these new flavours, but we’ve launched an Easter menu too! For a limited time, you can treat yourself to one of our Easter crêpes or waffles, or even our Easter sundae!
What else has been going on?
- Well, we pulled a link prank on April Fool’s Day, and introduced our new zero calorie gelato… Haha!
- We’ve been running a giveaway to win an amazing Easter gelato cake… If you’re feeling lucky, give us a follow, like the post, and tag some pals in THIS Instagram post.
- We’ve had lots of birthday celebrations this month too – May is filling up fast but if you fancy celebrating at the happiest place on the High Street, take a look at our party packages here!

Hooray’s Gelato Kitchen wins not one, but two awards!
Phew, what a busy month it’s been at Hooray’s HQ this month!
On March 16th, we headed over to the Station in Wolverhampton for the West Midlands Tourism Awards, where we were nominated for the Taste of the West Midlands award, alongside The Barn at Berryfields and Fazenda.
We were chuffed to have been awarded silver, and we will be displaying our certificate proudly in the shop. 😊
And then… On March 23rd, we were absolutely gobsmacked to win the Family Business of the Year in the West Midlands FSB awards!
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our fabulous team and fabulous customers who have supported us over the past nine years! We couldn’t have done it without you guys. 💕

March Update
February is over… And springtime is here! 🌸
We’ve got a very busy March coming up, and we thought we’d tell you guys all about it!
TOURISM AWARDS
We’re super excited to announce that we’re finalists for not one, but TWO awards this month! Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us, and we’ll keep you updated!
MOTHER’S DAY
It’s Mother’s Day on March 19th so if you fancy treating your mum to some tea and a sweet treat, book a table with us!
LIMITED EDITION FLAVOURS
We’re going to be launching TWO new limited-edition flavours in March – one for Red Nose Day, and one for Saint Patrick’s Day! They’ll be hitting the freezers on March 13th but we can’t guarantee they won’t sell out sharpish!
WAFFLE WEEK
It’s International Waffle Day on March 25th, so we’ll be celebrating and showcasing all of our wonderful waffles for a week! What do you like on yours?
SPRING WREATHS

Hooray’s at Home – Banana Split… For Two ♡
February Update!
February is a busy month in the land of Hooray’s – we’ve launched a new Stay and Play for parents and caregivers, Valentine’s day, aaaaand Pancake day! Phew, what a busy month.
Let’s get into what we’ve been up to and what’s going on!
Hooray’s Stay and Play
As a mum (and with another on the way!), I know how hard it can be to meet other parents, and to find a nice place to take a breather while the little one plays…
So I’m very happy to announce that we’ll be hosting Hooray’s Stay & Play every Wednesday, from 11am.
Our kid’s corner has been stocked with some lovely new toys, books, and lots of things to keep the little ones entertained while you enjoy a coffee and some cake, and perhaps spark up a conversation with other mums, dads, grannies and grandpas, or caregivers!
It’s an informal meet-up – no need to book, just pop in and stay for as long as you like (or as long as nap time allows!).
Valentine’s Day
The day of love! We’ll be launching our Valentine’s flavours on February 10th and we’ve got some delishy treats to share with your loved ones!
We’re also running a giveaway, and the prize is a date at Hooray’s. Head to our Instagram to enter – it’s so easy; just like, comment, and share, and you could win two menu items of your choice and two drinks (they can be boozy if you’re over 18!).
Pancake Day
Tuesday 21st of February is quite possibly one of our favourite days of the year… It’s Pancake Day!
We’ll be serving up classic crêpes with all of your favourite toppings. What do you like on your crêpes? Personally, I’m a big fan of banana and Biscoff sauce… Or white chocolate buttons with hot fudge sauce. Yum!

We’ve also got a busy month of Hooray’s birthday parties – if you’re thinking about having one this year, get in touch! The weekends are getting booked up, fast.

Happy New Year’s from Hooray’s!
Happy New Year to all of our favourite Hooravers! We can’t believe it’s January already…
We hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and New Year.
We certainly did! We threw a Hooraysmas Christmas Party a couple of days for our team, where we ate, drank, and danced the night away!
So, what’s in store for January? Lots of things!
January is national Vegan month (or Veganuary!), so all of our favourite flavours this month will be dairy free and delicious! Make sure to keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook to see what delicious treats we’re serving up this Veganuary.
We’re also going to be closed from January 9th as we’re treating the shop to a lick of paint! Don’t worry – we’ll be open again on January 14th!
Also – we’re offering free room hire of our upstairs area in the week. So if you’re running a book club, knitting club, mum and baby group, or perhaps it was your New Year’s Resolution to do so… Get in touch!
